- Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges

- Cancellation after dispatch of service personnel may attract a service fee

- Mymakaan may engage third-party vendors for service delivery
- While we ensure quality standards, Mymakaan is not directly liable for independent vendor misconduct beyond reasonable control

- Liability is limited to the value of the service provided
- We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or structural defects
10. Damage & Responsibility
- Any damage caused due to service negligence will be assessed and addressed
